Items for Purchase

Hold in your hands a token from far away.

Mingle your fingerprints with those of seamstresses in Cambodia, paper-makers in Madagascar and help support self-sufficiency and quality of life in the process.

A unique way to make a donation to support WGLO’s projects is to purchase the beautifully crafted items below. There is a suggested donation for each. In conjunction with submitting your donation, please send us a message regarding your requests.

RippleSacks

RippleSacks are colorful cloth drawstring bags made by WGLO seamstresses locally and across the globe as part of sewing training classes. Although they can serve many purposes as a colorful, reusable alternative to paper or plastic, you are encouraged to use these special bags to start a “gratitude chain,” passing hands from person to person filled with love and appreciation. A card will be included with information about its origins and purpose.

For a minimum donation of $7 for one or $20 for a set of 3, you can share in the joy of giving…both back to the countries where the bags came from, and to people you love. For more information, please go to: www.ripplesacks.com.

WGLO began among the grins and dusty red feet in Uganda. This book is full of Rudy’s unique and colorful reflections on the “sights and sounds” of Uganda put to the backdrop of hundreds of photos that will both haunt your heart and make you smile.

For a minimum donation of $25, this book can peek at you and inspire you from your coffee table.
